Dear Members, I have three questions :
1) Is it possible to file counter cases or Complaints against my ex wife now (FIR is done against me but not received officially),even before this 498 A goes to court ?
2) She hacked into my email account and had taken priint outs of emails sent to my facebook friends (contents are friendly mails only and not against her also) and she complained that I have extra marital affairs .Are copy of emails is enough for the court to prove one is guilty?
3)Can I file IT fraud / forgerycase against her for hacking into my account ? Please advise on "instruments / tools" to track her criminal act .
