respected sir/madam
i married on date 04/04/2013 and our marriage life collapse in 12/06/2013 less than 2 months because we both are divorce. she is not able to forget her past and she has continue relation with first husband. so than we decied to live saperately till now. and decied for divorce. she sent to me deed of divorce and i need divorce decree from honerable court. details is on that 100rs non judicial stamp paper is below
1> both parties name,age,address and occupation. date mentioned on paper is 30/7/2013 and stamp paper they bought on 24/1/2014.
2> one month after both party has problem in marriage life relatives,parents tried to solve the problem but they are failed and both party is ready for divorce.
3> both parties has no problem for divorce and all things and property are given return each other and nothing balance for return and ladies leaves her stridhan rights.and declare that on date 06/08/2013 after both party has no right to stay as husband wife.and both party is seperate.
4> both party can remarriage after 06/08/2013. she has no pregnent or child. and both party has no right for obejection other remarriage.and both party can live independly and marriage also.
so i want to know that is this legally for mutual constent divorce. and both party willbe get divorce decree ? her lawyer says to us that you will be get decree in 4 to 5 months after. is it possible.
