Hi,
my friend is the allotte of a house developed by Housing Society at Gr Noida. he purchased stamp papers in his name to get the flat registered. however, he wants to add the name of his mother in the sale/conveyance deed. can he do so. if yes , what steps would he have to take.

Yes, If he has not registered the allotment deed / sale deed he can add his mother name in allotment deed / sale deed. he give a application in society / builder for that.
