Thanx in Advance ! complaint file for life threatning , pushing.,filthy language, etc inside court at karkar dooma corridoors by accused (2person) appeared in a cheating case to get bail . so that cases against them are widrawn / settled as per there own wish.

On written complaint Adminstrative  Session Judge  forwarded it  to CMM for lawfull action. CMM after seeing evidences prima facie  ordered for summoning of all accused Under  506 (ii) / 34 IPC.

1) Is this non bailable or bailable 2) how we can tight loose points so that culprits respect law as they feel they can do any illegal act  using muscle power  to loost persons.

In Andhra Pradesh, the offence under Section 506 is cognizable and non-bailable if committed in Andhra Pradesh. [vide G.O.M. No. 732, dt. 5-12-1991].
