Wife filed IPC 505-506 on husband and others later after husband approached HC and quashed IPC 505 she filed another case with sections IPC 500-506-509 in the same court with the same alligations and same witness. IPC 506 is there in the both cases.
is it normal court practice to accept multiple sections in different cases for the same offence?
how to get out of this situation...

Dear Rajiv, Thanks for the clarity.
can they file two cases and use same section ipc 506 in the two cases? if that is the case everyone can file multiple cases to harass the opponent .
