ipc 420/467/468

my cousin has given a chq of rs 30000 to some supplier and obtained product from supplier giving post dated chq.cq is bounced as chq does not belong to my cousin he has given someone chq which was not in his knowledge.now supplier has lodged fir against my cousin and he has charged accused in ipc 420,467,468 any other charges i dont know much related to this fraud.now lower session has denied its bail as magistrate has no power..sir i want to know will he get bail from session court as he is only 20 years old and amount involved is only 30 thousand.pl help

Prima facie he is rightly framed You are not giving full facts. How did it happen that trader found no other way to recover his due? Has the refund now been made or proposed to be made or your family wants to spend much more in litigation with apparent possibly of conviction
