Ipc 406 query

Can IPC 406 case file on the basis of aceptanace of respondent in her WS in other case that she has taken the ancestral jewellary of petitioner's family

what is the time of limitation for this

The jewellery which you had given to the bride at the time of engagement, marriage and on other occassion as a gift cannot be taken back as they are stridhan of bride .
