for a theft of gold ornaments pending for close to 2yrs under sec IPC 380 in banglore that occured in a dwelling ,how will be the final outcome be. clear suspect is a temporary domestic help.
RTI replies only gives all the inspector that had been involvd in the investigation and says unable to make ANY progress on this case. will court allow to close this case easily?
