Hi,
I was involved in an accident while I was driving back from chennai in krishnagiri. A couple in a motorbike was injured. Then a case was registered with IPC 279 and 337.
15 days after the accident we the lady had a mis carriage. Now the police are saying that a case of 304a will be added.
Is it appropriate/ standard practice considering that the miscarriage could have happened due a reason not connected with the accident.
Also, what steps do I have to take now.
