FIR registered in property issue 420 & 406 in which while i am in police custody, Investigation officer freeze my bank account by submitting Letter in bank to freeze bank account immediately and deliver him last two year bank statement.
After regular bail i went to bank but they said to bring NOC of police department to unfreeze account but i as contacted IO he said go to court and he avoided to talk in this issue.
So what can i do now, shall i first visit police commissioner office or DCP office or shall i meet senior inspector of same police station ?
Please reply what to do to unfreeze my bank account.
