As per your query, let me inform you that a Government investigation agency can raid a same place again irrespective of the fact that the place was raised by them already earlier, if in case they suspect the same person or group of persons for the commencement of any unlawful activity.
This is done in order to make sure that no illegal or unlawful activity takes place.

Thus, in case an agency (let us assume Income Tax Department) suspects a person again for doing something unlawful (money-laundering etc) then Yes, they have all the legal rights to conduct a raid to the same place again.
However, before progressing with the plan of conducting a second raid the agency will look out more and more information and evidences, because if nothing is found in the second raid, then the owner of the property might make some claims against the agency which might lead to heavy compensations.

Hope It Helps!
