I booked 2 BHK in pune. After 3 years Builder in final demand letter have furnished Delayed Payment charges of 50 K. In agreement its written as delayed payment charges will be 18 % per annum. Same was mentioned in Demand letter. but the delayed charges where never been made furnished as a part of that and finally they have given in final demand letter. Is this fair in builder part?can we act against this... Also i could builder has levid charges on my own contirbution before agrement as well. though i see the clause where builder and me has agreed to pay intrest on delayed charges. But acutally its unfair...
How this can be tackled .. please advice.
