Respected Sir/Mam,
I am Indian Male Citizen married to British citizen in London. I went in October 2009 on Student Visa to London for 1 years. Before My visa Expire i Got Arranged Married to British girl with Step Daughter on 16 October 2010. After that i didn't need to expand my visa on Student Base. But before the visa come for temperory residence in UK on Her bases .we got seperate on 04 december 2010 only and still receive a visa from British goverment because they didn't now about my status. As soon as i got visa my wife informed british goverment about our relationship status. So british goverment start sending me warning letters to change my visa status ASAP due to not beenn in relation with my wife.
After exactly 01 year she filed a divorcee against me in London and i got the letter from court about the same. So i agreed on divorcee and signed the papers and send them as a confirmation of divorcee.
While the court was proceeding our divorcee she got in touch with me again and we stop the divorce and start living together once again. Then i applied again a tempopary residence visa on her bases again. To assure our relation is running for long period they didn't give me visa till the date i left UK>
After staying in 01 house she planned a baby with me. while she was pergant we start having a daily big arguement between us and she always use to threat for throwing me out of the house. As the house was provided My counil in 50% housing benefit.
01 day it went over limit from her torture and i left the house directly went to British Visa and asked for Voluntary Departure and helped me to reach India ASAP.
Noe its been 15 Months i came to india and wanna get divorcee but at the time of seperation or living UK she was pregant and i dodn't now that she proceed with the child or not. nothing about her , my step daughter (w hich was legalliy and biologically not my daughter or neither i took any writing confirmation for being her father) .
Now i Want divorcee from her and i am sure she will not give me divorcee easily. So requesting everyone to give me suggestion to get Divorcee her ASAP.
As i am mentally depressed and wanna get seperate .
Please provide helpfull answer and i am in need of that.
