Interim maintenance-execution

Hi friends,

I have query regarding DV.

I got Maintenance Order in Lower Court,

My husband went to appeal, there his appeal got dismissed.

He went for revision, High Court also dismissed his revision petition as he withdrawn. (As the maintenance was interim order).

Now, DV is going to complete.

My doubt is shall I file execution petition before the Final Order is given?

Also, how to get CA copies of Order of High Court. Can I apply for CA copy or only Advocate only can apply?

Only after getting CA Copy, I can file execution petition or with the Order reflecting on High Court Web-site, I can file Execution Petion?

you can yourself apply for certified copy and advocate is not required.

in your case high court's session court's certified copies are not required.

interim order is passed by MM court and you file execution petition attaching certfied copy of the interim order.  that is enough.

you should first realize the amount of interim order before final order is passed by the court.  insist for that. and ask the court not to pass the final order till interim order amount is not paid to you.
