Interim maintanance

Hello,

What if wife is B.Com and worked in past as freelancer she can still claim interim maintanance??IT returns are there??Is there any way to reduce maintanance??

Ur wife is not eligible for interm maintenance.

If you can prove that she is currently working or purposely not working to harass you then she won't be entitled for maintenance

If she is not currently working she can entitled to maintenance. Try to collect evidence showing that she was working previously and not working only to harass you. Then she may not be entitled to maintenance.
