Honorable family court passed interim maintenance order in favors of wife Rs.7500/ per month ,Against salary slip of Rs.33500/- as on april 2013 but he is not paying and going to high court for deduction .Now His salary is 48750/- / now what can i do pls help us.thanks

If he has gone to high court for revision, you may challenge the same based on his hiked salary details and get it strongly opposed.
