Dear Team,
I would like to know if Keeping water storage tank is illegal from TMC (Thane Municipal Corp) ? Also I have installed it before forming our society , and now society has sent a notice letter to remove the same, My second question is Does society has any rights to ask this removal ? Also if they do - what will be in my case, since I have done it before forming the society and why should I bare cost of removal and waste my money just because of new rule ?
Is society authorized as per bye law to get approved in AGM about such regulation?
Any help/advise will ne highly appreciated.
