Initial change

hello experts pls help me , am dhivagar am law student, 

my query is one of my sister have 7 years old boy. His name printed in  school cerificate A.V.VISHAL

My Sister name is ABIRAMI and my uncle name is VENKAT . now my question is  IS THIS RIGHT MY SISITER INITAL COME FIRST  AFTER MY UNCLE INITIAL. . if is it wrong wat the procedure of changing... pls help me
