Inheritance rights of grand children

This is regarding a property of Late Mr A. He passed away in 1973 and was survived by Mrs A, two minor sons and a minor daughter. Mr A was working for a PSU. In the PSU, a housing society was formed for providing residential sites to its members. Mr A was a member in such housing society of the PSU. The housing society alloted him a site and he paid an advance for the site. Unfortunate to the family he passed away. Mrs A was given a job in the PSU and also the registration pending in the name of Mr A was completed in the name of Mrs A. All monies receivable on the death of Mr A less the balance due towards the site was received by Mrs A and family. After 33 years in 2006 the daughter passed away. Now we want to know the rights of the sons and their children. Mrs A is alive.
