Inherit Property

Respected Sir/Madam,


My grandfather died and leave property without will. He has 3 sons and 3 grandchildren. I would like to know is grandchildren are eligible for property.

No. Grandchildren is not eligible for property. First enter the name of 3 sons thenafter grandchildren name enter in revenue records.
