Hi. I need information about a case. The case is like this: A man was arrested by police for murder. Actually he had only beaten the guy and someone else finished that person but due to circumstances it seems that the man has killed the victim. The victim had a gun which was unfired in his possession. Can the man claim self defence. THe victim was a bad man and the accused is very honest man.
I need to to know if the case can be settled in two hearings? He has been kept in police custody for 15 days and bail is denied. Will he be shifted to judicial custody after 15 days?
