Indo-US Joint operation against Dr. Abdul Kalam?

-DR. ABDUL RUFF

____

Former President of secular India Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam, now aged 80-year, was frisked in New York on September 29 before boarding an Air India flight. Even after Kalam had taken his seat in the aircraft, the US security personnel forced the crew to open the door and took away the jacket and boots of the former president to check for explosives since they had forgotten to do so before his boarding. The items were later returned to Kalam.

But it took about two months for Indian state and its media to report to the public the tragedy of  shame meted out to Indian former president Dr. Kalam, a distinguished missile scientist on whom India bestowed  the award of Phartratna before he was made the president only to be removed after the first term while Indian premier continues endlessly?

It is presumed that the Indian intelligence networks indoors and  abroad keep a close  watch on all developments around the world and it is strange India took time to decide the mater. Taking serious note of the incident, India seems to have “threatened” retaliatory action (a joke?) with External terror affairs Minister S M Krishna directing Indian Ambassador to US N. Rao to take up the "matter" in writing at the "highest level" with Washington.

And now after about two months, the Obama regime in US has apologized to former President A P J Abdul Kalam for subjecting him to frisking at New York's JFK Airport, an incident that had provoked sharp reactions from India which threatened retaliatory action.

In a written apology to Kalam and the Indian government, the US said, "Appropriate procedure for expedited screening of dignitaries had not been followed". USA deeply regrets the inconvenience that resulted for Kalam as a result of the September 29 incident involving the security screening at JFK Airport in New York. The US said that subsequent to the frisking incident, US Charge d' Affairs Peter Burleigh personally hand delivered a letter from the US Transportation Security Administrator to Kalam and a similar letter was delivered to the government of India regretting the incident. Maintaining that it "deeply values and appreciates" the strong relationship and partnership with India, the US said, "We are confident that despite this regrettable incident, we will continue working closely with India in the many areas of our strategic partnership".

The US Embassy in New Delhi said that it had the utmost respect for Kalam and US was actively working to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.

Why did both India and USA acted too late on Dr. Kalam and why has Kalam not revealed the US insult focused on India through the former president?  Or, alternatively, is the “frisking” is yet another fake affair?is it the  discomfort  of adding extra insult to American insult or something else?

The key issue here, however, is the secular claims of India. Had a Hindu been subjected to such insults would India have kept mum for months like this?

Indian regime led by an innocent looking terror premier, Manmohan cannot say it has no knowledge about what is happening  to India's decorated president in airports of Indian and abroad and the foreign ministry cannot jointly pretend to be an innocent agency managed by fools and the like.

it looks the "body search" episode was an Indo-US Joint operation against Dr. Abdul Kalam and CIA might have have informed India about the  latest position on the conspiracy India was well aware of this  and was waiting that to happen. It is similar to the terror attacks taking place with full knowledge of the regimes- including Sept-11 and Mumbai Taj sky fire, Parliament attack, Hyderabad Mecca Mosque or Ajmir Dargah blast or London blasts or  Moscow blasts.

After all, the world is passing through a era of GST ( global state terror) operations to silence and terrorize the  humanity. .

But now, is an apology from  the Obama regime, engaged with invading Muslim nations for their resources, including corpses and blood , killed by the NATO terrorists, enough for such a serious offense?

India owes the humanity a proper explanation!

America claims that is the most powerful nation in the world. It is mortally afraid of China and its soldiers are getting killed by dozens in Afghanistan and Iraq. What a brave nation? Still searching for weapons of mass destruction but scared of North Korea and Iran.

Mr. Anil: If America's all that bad then why do people from all over the world throng to taste freedom liberies of USA. I'm not annoyed but surely you the right to express your views not only here but even in America. If you tell that to the President, he'll appreciate it.

It's really a shame to India ...... Can't we on our part do the same when the US President visits us ?

You can do it to Bill Clinton as he's also retired.

America is not a land of honey and manna. Yes, Indians and others go to USA for work, to make a living. Donot forget that native Americans wouldn't survive but by Hispanic, Asiatic, italian and others. America was not buitl by Americans but by aliens. Read the history and you will find that even for laying railways lines, America bought cheap labour from China. Even Panama canal was not dug by Americans but by Chinese.

Regarding your question why?

My answer is why if America is so resourceful it is outsourcing all its products to China. You buy anything in America and it is all made in China. What about Japanese cars flooding the American market. The entire economy of America will collapse if Obama's concept of outsourcing is given effect to. It is not the Americans who are running Apple, IBM, Dell and Microsoft. More than 50 per cent of the staff is non-Americans. Do you know who are the top CEOs in America and Advisers of Obama? Please have some sense of proportion.

Second generation Indian-Americans returning to India: study
Washington, Nov 2, (PTI):

Decades ago their parents, mostly with eight dollars in their pocket, came to the land of opportunity in search of greener pastures. Decades later their sons and daughters, now US nationals, are going back to India in search of greener pastures, a study has revealed.

Though, they are very minuscule in number, return of second generation Indian Americans reflects a reversal of the trend that was apparent a few decades ago and also emergence of India as an world economic power where people from across the globe can aspire to have a better future for their job opportunities.

"A small but growing number of second-generation immigrants who are moving or considering moving to their parents' native countries for professional and personal reasons," said Sonali Jain of the Duke University, author of a study published by the Migration Policy Institute.

"Studies suggest that the emerging economies of the parents' homeland may encourage the children to make an economic investment there. In addition, many among them want to learn more about their parental homeland, ethnicity, and heritage," Jain said in the article published yesterday.

As part of the study, Jain conducted in-depth, semi- structured interviews with 48 second-generation Indian American professionals with US citizenship living in New Delhi, Mumbai and Hyderabad in India. Eight of the 48 'returnees' were entrepreneurs who had established their own companies of varying sizes.

"They found jobs in India using professional and school-based networks. Because they wanted to experience India as independent, unsupervised adults, respondents in general did not prefer to live in cities or towns where their extended family resided," the study said.

"All respondents asserted that the availability of exciting professional career pathways in India was an important factor in influencing their 'return' migration decisions," the study said.

Respondents observed that in India they worked in the middle to upper echelons of management. Many pointed out that they held positions that would have taken them five or more years to achieve in the US because such opportunities were simply unavailable to persons of their age and work experience, it added.

Another common assertion was that they found challenging opportunities in India because of the emergence of new industries, such as retail and media, and subsequent lack of skilled talent, Jain said.

Respondents explained their 'return' decisions by describing "pull" factors such as professional growth opportunities and the excitement of working in the emerging Indian economy.

Typical statements included, "There is nothing wrong with the US, I just wanted to experience India" and "I wanted to challenge myself professionally and develop myself personally."

Their desire to relocate to India was not due to "push" factors such as unemployment or a fear of job loss in the US; most had quit good jobs before moving to India. "Thus, the economic rise of India was a necessary condition in facilitating 'return.' However, it was not a sufficient condition, as they 'returned' to India to explore their identity, culture, and heritage," said Jain.

There are more American students in India now than ever before.

America is now on the last leg of its supremacy.

What is wrong if Kalam was searched? Make a law in India and search Clinton and Bush. Who prevents it. In India only laws ae bent for Vadera and the like. Cowards is the correct word.
