I will be interested to know , within Indian Forest Act , is there any law stands in which any forest officer can impossed Non Bailable offence agiant any person ( in mode of enchorchment ) . What will be the provisions in the law to protect some person if the forest officer was trying to imposed Non-Bailable offences againt some person since he was not ready to full fill undue demands of such forest officer.
