Hi,
I am a Nepalese citizen. I am of Indian origin. My mother was born in India only. I am 28 years old. From class 12th to graduaton to PG, done all in India as a Nepalese Citizen. Stayed for around 11 years in India. I am getting married to an Indian girl next year. Do i qualify for application for Indian Citizenship ?
I see it as: Married to Indian + Resident for over 7 years
Also, there is a complexity. I have all income tax returns over the years. But i guess i made my PAN Card as an Indian National only by mistake. It was done by an agent. Also, opened bank account as an Indian only. All the places where i worked (mostly multinational IT companies) I am registered as a Nepalese citizen. Will these factors be considered during my application for citizenship ? Please reply. Your help will be really appreciable.
