Dear sir / Madam,
I am not a income tax assesse. This 2014 year i got a Job in the month of APRIL 1st and with a Gross salary package of 8 Lakh 40 Thousand per annum package . So my monthly salary is Rs.70,000/-P.M and i have worked only 3 months i.e up to July 1st in that company.
Anyone can guide me properly (1) HOW MUCH MONEY , I HAS TO PAY in the HEAD-INCOME TAX FOR THIS FINANCIAL YEAR. . (2) My last company has deducted FIRST MONTH april Rs.3,646/- P.M AND SECOND MONTH-MAY DEDUCTED Rs.8422/-p.m and last month JUNE deducted Rs.8,293/-P.M , I left the company and Now i am jobless for the rest of the year.
Whether is deduction from my salary is the actual one as per Income Tax Act.
please advice me with correct tax deduction for my case.
