If some one gave afidavit based on false statement for the purpose of getting income certificate from tehsildar. and submit the same certificate for getting financial benifits introduced by Government for Student from minority classes. What action wil be iniciated against:-
1. A person who Identifed the income & person Personally.
2. Person himself who submitted the afidavit with false statement.(Statements are proved false).
3. His Son who submitted the same afidavit with false statement & income certificate on the basis of this false statement
