Inam agricultural land in andhra pradesh

I have purchased 5 acre agricultural land in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh and it has been registered under my name.

We came to know that this land is belongs “inam” category and the MRO not issuing pattadar passbook& title deed on my name

Even though the previous owner having passbooks & title deed for same land.

I would like to the below things:

1)       is there any way to get passbooks& title deed for Inam land?

2)       the process for selling land with out pass books& title deed

3)        Pros and cons for keeping the land
