1. Whats your salary .

2. Now that she filed so and so acts why dont you file for Divorce or legal seperation. 

3. If you were working abroad earlier dont you want to go back . 

4.why dont you compromise and offer settlement money .

5. File defamation ,theft etc so that case runs longer and more money is earned by your own lawyer .

6. Behind sub concious  mind if lawyer motive is of corrupt mind i mean leaving  the good from the bad ................!+2+3+4+5 = their  cut is  X percentage from settlement to lawyer of A out of which Y percentage from settlement to Lawyer B coupled with XYZ is the equation to mint money

And i have to agree to Mr Tajobs post it is called "Tools of the Trade " and its their bread and butter and nothing can be done about it provided you are ready to fight your own case with due guidance from Mr Tajobs post which are well expalined in detail  .

Basically both husband and wife are fool who can not settle their matter by keeping elders for divorce.

One can not bind other by police,law and money.

Most of the time the girl or her family is not even what is all in the form.Now the lawyer with help of some CAW file the case with the police and put all charges of 498a,DP,DV,406 and get the husband and entire family arrested and negotiate to extract money from them which is shared by lawyers,police,CAW and nothing much left for the girl who gets a 498a stamp
