In domestic violence act 2005 case, cpc o11,r14 allowed ?

Dear Seniors,

Please, can someone help me with this suggestions/comments/updates :-

1. Lovely has filed Domestic Violence Case , 2005  , sections : 12,18,19,20,22,23.

2. Now, she has filed application under Order 11 R 14 of CPC,1908 asking for all detailed documents.

My Query :-

is this application allowed under this " Domestic Violence Case , 2005  , sections : 12,18,19,20,22,23." law ?

I read bear act which shows that CrPc has to be followed (section 28).  but still it gives Power to Magistrate for their own process/procedures.

Please, can someone guide ...how to handle this ? or raise strong objection.
