We have recently formed a co-operative housing society for our building n navi mumbai. however as the concerned person is out of town, we are yet to recieve our share certificate of the society. the society members take meetings only twice in a year as most of them are out of town.
we just wanted to know whether the share certificate would be an important document or can we take it even after a year when a actual agm will be conducted.
