in case we go to court under Section 156(C) and court orders police to file FIR, what is the importance
of FIR. Police officials are corrupt and they do not investigate properly and always try to opress the facts.
what if they do not carry out investigations even after filing of an FIR. specially police do not take action agianst those who have money as well as muscle powers.
