my lovely wife filed CRPC 125 in Aug 2011 in which she ask for 600000/-
my hearing was on 16/04/2013 on IM
i submitted bank statement of my wife balace of rs 70000/- in Fixdeposit. one is of 50000 rs and the other one is 20000 rs.and its a personal account, on my wifes name with her father name. done on 22/12/2009 and 15/01/2013
when i submitted the statement. oppostion lawyer ask for the next date for my BAYAN on IM.
these agruments are on calcellation court fees.
Query-
1. is 75000 amount is ok.
2. on the next hearing what i have to do... ?
3. how much court fee my wife has to pay if DJ will refuse her calcellation in court fee application.
