Dear Experts

in my case CRPC 125 IM maintainance will be awarded on 06/04/2013

my query is

1. what if the amout of IM is not suitable for me.

2. do i can appeal in the court for the reducation of amount of IM or

3. i have to pay the same as ordered by the Magistrate.

please give your very need full sugestion

sumbit your salry slip so that the court can take appropiate steps . If your wife is working and if you have her salry slip than sumbit that too . Maintanence is co- extensive in case of a child if the mother is working . If the mother is working and qualified than no maintanence to the wife .

you can file an appeal at a higher court against the order .

Dear Experts

i m not employed i m doing job work. i submitted my income certificate of 36000 per annum.

i dont have income certificate of my wife. but i have a video recording of a news tv channel in which she is reading news as news anchor.

i submitted that video clip in the court

how do i get stay on the order...... ?

my case is in family court

i can apply in session court or HC for IM order stay ?

Yes you can submit VDO recording to court.

You can as well summon the employer of your wife [tv channel] through an application asking so, as you do not have salary details of your lovely wife. And the court will issue summons to the employer to come to court to identify the person in the VDO as well as furnish details regarding her income.

Thanks a lot for needfull adive mr halping hand

i have submitted the video of her reading a news of NAVDURGA PROGRAM

her lawyer said that she only read the NAVDURGA Program news not for the news channel but for the Group who conducted the Navdurga Programe and she is a mamber of that group and she did not get any amout for reading the news.

she is not working right now she is at her home doing nothing just harrsing me.

i dont want to give her a singel panny.

Majestrate also said that "Muje aisa lagta hai Ladki ne Parityag kar rakha hai" while hering of her "Bayan"

Majestrate also aslked her that y u dont want to go with him. she said that " DARU PITA HAI"

Than honr'ble majestrate said that "INSAN DARU PITI HAI JANWAR NAHIN"

i think hon'ble Majestrate also know that She is Lying in the court, cause when she comes she did not wear SARI, MANGALSUTRA.

now on 6/04/2013 Majestrate will order for IM

i m not in condition that i will pay any amount ......

please suggest me do i have to appeal in HC or in session court for the reduction of IM

in my application i also stated that i am ready to take her my home.
