HI MY MOTHER HAS BOUGHT A PLOT IN LUDHIANA.BUT WE LIVE IN AMRITSAR.MY UNCLE WAS ONE OF THE WITNESS IN SALE DEED.AS MY UNCLE LIVES IN LUDHIANA, WE ASKED THEM TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROPERTY WITHOUT GIVING ANY LEGAL RIGHTS.NOW SAME UNCLE HAS OCCUPIED THE LAND AND REFUSED TO LEAVE THE LAND .EVEN HE BOUGHT NEIGHBOUR HOUSE ALONG OUR LAND AND LIVING THERE.PLZ ADVISE THE APPROPRIATE STEPS TO GET MY PROPERTY BACK

Since the flat is in the name of your mother, the flat owner is your mother only. If your uncle is occupied the flat, either your mother ask rent from your uncle for the occupation flat or send a legal notice for vacate the flat.
