Illegal possession of property by legal means through high c

Trial Court and the session court ordered me to possess the property of my mother to hand over the same to my wife despite knowing the fact that the property neither in my possession nor I have any right over that property.

Now I want to get permission from Hon'ble High Court to invade my mother and her tenants to get possession of the property of my mother.

Please tell me how can I get permission from High Court?

Is there any lawyer who can represent over this issue in Delhi High Court?
