I am a member of a cooperative Group Housing Society at Ghaziabad which is covered by UP Cooperative Societies Act 1965 and byelaws framed thereunder. Recently, it has come to notice that there were 80 flats. Only 74 flats were lawfully allotted through draw of lot. Later on 06 more flats were allotted without conducting any draw. It is not known how these 06 occupied the flat. We want to take action against these unlawful occupants and evict them through legal means either provisions of UP Cooperative Societies Act or civil/criminal proceedings. Help me the action to be initiated.
