We are purchasing a 1bhk flat in Airoli. in one of the room, i.e. bedroom one slab is open. The builder is making the room as bedroom only with one slab open. In the agreement he will mention as 1RK with a private terrace. Once OC is done, he himself will put a paraphet sheet to cover the room & cover it from inside. He will not be putting any slab making it illegal. Will there be any legal issues going forward.
