I am living in village and illegally the electricity poles have been implanted to my land and we ask them to remove the pole but this will let to cause so many distractions so we said that ok let it be you have placed the poles but shift those poles to upper end of land but they are not doing and over to that they have created an illegal Agreement of mine name. What will be the legal procedure I can do for this to remove those poles from land?

You can file a sut for mandatory injunction against the electricity department seeking to remove the electric poles installed in your land without your permission or consent.
You had been silent about this from the beginning which has become an advantage to them, hence you get into action immediately
