I have booked a flat in EARTH TOWNE project at Noida Extension of M/s.
Earth Infrastructures Ltd. in Aug' 2010. The company is demanding
from me the Interest @ 18% on delayed payment for "ZERO PERIOD" &
Rs.200/- per sqft. as Development charges without issuing any demand
letter.
As confirmed by the senior personnel of the company during my visit to
their office on 23.0513, the Development charges is being charged to
cover up their incremental cost of approx. Rs.14.00 Crore on account
of Compensation to farmers.
Please suggest me what legal action I can take and which redressal cell I can approach.
