Dear Sir,
Bangalore development authority(BDA) has alloted a site in Gnanabharathi (Valagerahalli ) layout based on the seniority of application in 2001. BDA has notified these areas and developed this as layout & formed sites and alloted these to citizens.
Now we are told that Karnataka Govt has denotified 2 acres & 22 Guntas of land on Oct 2010 on which the allottes have already constructed sites. Yesterday the original owner of land has demolished the road constructed by BDA.
What legal remedies the allottes have to fight against this de notification ?
