Iligal property transfer

Sir My father & mother is dead . A house is there in my fathers name but my elder brother is illigaly transfered that property on 2005 in his name and give false statement to RI that I have no brother and sister my father mother is dead I am the sole legalheir of this property .now I know about this matter.so what kind of law is there so I can make a case on my elder brother so he can arrest and court and police sent him to jail.plz sugest
