If the sarfaesi demand is withdrawn can the oa stand

I have the following questions in respect to my case 1) Is a demand notice pre requisite for a bank to file an OA with DRT under RDDBFI act and If it is so what is the format the bank needs to follow. 2) Can a SARFAESI 13(2) notice issued by the bank be treated as a demand notice for filing of OA under RBBDFI 3) If the !3(2) notice is to be treated as the demand notice and that notice is subsequently withdrawn what would be the fate of the OA filed under RDDBFI Thank you
