sir
i have taken leave of 11 month without informing anyone, then chargesheet was initiated against me , and then after 11 month i given them resignation but they didnt accept and told me as dept inquiry going on we cant accept ,
after 3 months i got letter that you have been dismissed and final settlement given
now i am not clear what implication will it have on my future carrier please help me
am i disqualified for future all govt employmt or just that psu

It is felt that this query has been discussed earlier.
Did you apply for leave? If yes do you have copy and POD? Do you have approval?
Simply said you were absconding/abstaining/absenting and probably did not respond to notices also.
You were seprated by PSU-Employer probbaly in accordance with service rules/conduct and discipline rules applicable to your designation in question/during probation.
Now whenever you apply to an establishment; Govt/Private/PSU etc you may have to declare in attestation form/employment application ........................past employment, any disciplinary action, criminal action................................etc
And the truth and concealment may fetch you NO job.
The dismissal certainly implies NO job is same PSU.If the appointment is by Govt (in PSU) then it may imply disqualification for future employment under the Government

You may show all papers to an able counsel specializing in labor/service matters for a considered opinion on remedies and options if any.

sir
if i am temporary employee and i was not being permanent ,will the same provisions apply then also
as when i left the company ,my confimation was pending with HR and then the stop that process as i was on big leave
so will these thing change the provisions of law

sir what does the line appointment by the govt means ??
i was been appointed by ED( HR ) of the company
not by the president/governor in case of central civil person
still i am barred from the govt job

i was being recruited through campus placementi did not gave any exam for selection , i got selected via interview in campus
appointment was made by ed(hr) and i was temporary employess as before confirmation i left the job , are the same provisions applicable for me

Now as per your latest posts you are a temporary employee?

You want to disappear for 11 months and appear after 11 months and want the employer to accept your resignation that you bring after 11 months absence?

It shall be certainly better if you consult an able counsel specializing in labor-service matters, in person, with all docs on record (Don't conceal anything), and give inputs in person (Don't conceal anything), and understand your options and merits and remedies in person. The counsel that you engage can update you on all queries that you may have and bring you out of the mess.

Not understood how one ca be permanet and yet on probation and when he is not permanent then how he cannot be temporary.
