Sir my wife has lodged a case in the Criminal Court by registering the police station through my FIR on me 498a 323 406 and 506 but now he is again deferred in a Criminal Court Criminal Court A case of Domestic Violence Section 12 has been inserted in the judge's case, if it is both cases, then the judge is different in the case possibility to be merge both case.
Nature and offences in both cases are different so both the cases can't be clubbed.trial of both cases will commence separately.
