if father died then Mother transfer the property to third party

if father is died then Mother can sell Or Transfer the property without son concern

After father death interstate wife and son(Assuming only two class 1 heir), property should be divided between two son and wife or can be tranfeted to both names.

They can sell there respected 50% share each.
