Idea bill non payment - court notice

Got a notice from Taluka kanooni sewa samiti today just now. It said that i had to appear in the court today morning 10.30 am but i received the notice just now since i was out of city for last 6 days. Though i have paid the required amount as per idea company 5 days back, pls let me know how to close this case or what are the further legal implications that i could not attend the court today.
