I need suggestions regarding property

all the ancestral property has been transferred to my father's name, my father died in 2015 without making any will. we are four brother and sister, and my mother. , how will the property be divided

Dear sir,

The property will be divided equally between all brother, sisters and your mother if she is alive. You have to get legal heirship certificate from court.

If it is ancestral property then y your father draft will.

As your father died intestate, the property shall be devolved among all the legal heir of your father (i.e. his wife and children including daughters).
