I suggested you to find out root causes & remove it.
DO NOT ATTCK . do not think negative. Let her play her drama. Soon she will repent & join you.
Your audio etc will prove that “ your relations are stained, and she cannot live with you, it may go against you. “
She may say, instrument was handled by you, you only recorded what favour you, you did not record whenever you abused me, or/ and beaten me, etc etc. It may not serve your purpose.
You are duty bound to feed your daughter, pay 50% of daughter's maintenance , prove she is working-earning , and keep quiet for six months. Wish to help her from within your heart and observe changes within few months.

sure sir,
one other problem she always call me in my office where i was working i left that company before 2 year,
but she alway s call over there and disccuss about my matter of case with out knowing who is in call ,
is there any option for the same,or i cant do any thing in this matter

u can file a case u/s 194 to 200 of Ipc. and file a case u/s 177 and others was filing false fir and see the section is given in fir.... u can also call me 9226706015.....
