@subhashri........first of all, you are an accountant, (going by your title) assuming that you are a working woman, and have lied in court about your employment (going by the way the court has given you interim maintainence,) because maitainence is not awarded to earning woman, so assuming that you have lied in court and have won maintainence for your self, your husband is cunnng enough to let you first swallow your sweet poison (maintainence) and then he will appeal in court for perjury ( along with the details of your income and salary) since he is openly defying court orders, really mean that he has some evidence up his sleeve to trap you, it is that simple

people telling lie under oath in Court should be punished hard, then only mis-use of law will be stopped and real 'victims' will get justice.

else the judiciary will be made to work for these misusers of law in gender-based laws in the country.

Hello:

Your story seems to have matured quite a lot since last year...I personally think you have filed a false case on your husband and now you are paying for it. Having said that, it is wrong on your husband's part if he not maintaining the child. Now, if he has visitation rights and still not maintaining that is wrong. However, if you got restraining orders from the court and are keeping your husband from seeing your child...that is just very shameful.
