HSA 2005

Will married daughters get share in the property of their mother in West Bengal as per HSA 2005. Theirer mother died intestate in the year 1974 leaving behind 2 sons and 3 daughters?

Bengalis are governed by Dayabhaga school of succession and not by Mitakshara school of succession.

You may clarify for posting; HSA 2005.

You are covered by which school: Dayabhaga or Mitakshara.
